Our team has worked together for many years, with the common goal of serving our patients to the best of our abilities and providing them with an exceptional experience. We've been serving patients in Cabot, Beebe, Lonoke, Des Arc, and Searcy since 2003, so you will see many familiar faces when you visit.

Dr. Patrick Fields
Dr. Patrick Fields was born in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, and moved to Arkansas when he was six years old. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology while starting for the Arkansas Tech University football team. Then he completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Tennessee in Memphis.
Dr. Fields’ practice goal as a self-described “lifelong learner” is to bring world-class dentistry back to central Arkansas. He completes two to three times the continuing education coursework required to maintain licensure in Arkansas annually, including additional training in sedation dentistry and attendance of the advanced dental continuum at Seattle’s Kois® Center.

Dr. Fields met his wife, Ashley, while they both attended dental school. They each have their own dental practice here in Cabot. He and Ashley love to grill and spend time at the lake and are, in his words, “HUGE Razorback fans” who spend most fall weekends following the football team. Dr. Fields also enjoys hunting and fishing.
Dr Blakely Moore
Dr. Moore brings an extensive academic background and expertise to our practice. She earned her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from the University of Arkansas before receiving her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Louisiana State University. Dr. Moore has maintained active memberships with the American Dental Association and the Arkansas State Dental Association, along with earning a specialized certification in Botulinum Toxin and Dermal Filler.
With Dr. Moore on our team, we are excited to expand our care and continue providing your family with the high-quality treatment you trust us for. What Dr. Moore loves most about dental practice is serving others and building confidence through restored smiles. Growing up right here in Cabot, she had great dental experiences as a child that inspired her to become a dentist, and she is eager to bring that same level of care and supportive environment to our clinic.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Moore enjoys staying active and volunteering in the community. In addition to being in the Arkansas Army National Guard, she is involved with the Junior Auxiliary of Cabot and New Life Church Cabot. In her free time, you can find her cooking and entertaining, spending quality time with family and friends, or cheering on the Razorbacks
Dr. Thomas Jackson
Dr. Thomas Jackson grew up in Walnut Ridge near Jonesboro, AR. He received his BS in Biology from Arkansas State University in 2011 and followed that by completing welding school in 2013 at ASUN. He began dental school in Sarasota, Florida immediately after and graduated in 2017 from LECOM School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Jackson completed his residency in Periodontal and Implant Surgery at the University of Louisville under the revered Dr. Henry Greenwell. He served as Chief Resident in 2019-20 in which he also mentored his fellow younger residents.
He is trained in a full scope of surgical procedures with an emphasis on esthetic dental implants (including immediate temporaries), treatment and regeneration of periodontally compromised dentition’s, extractions followed by preservation, ridge augmentation, sinus elevation, or full mouth implant supported rehabilitation, treatment of failing/ailing implants, and esthetic treatment of recession or conversion of gingival biotypes.
Brittany Foreman
Office Manager
Brittany has been part of the dental field for nearly 15 years and earned her RDA in 2017. She joined the Fields' Dental family in 2022 as Dr. Ashley’s office manager and later stepped into the same role for Dr. Patrick in 2025. With her extensive knowledge, she’s your go-to person for anything insurance, claims, billing, or treatment related—and she loves helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for every step of the way.
Stephanie Short
Treatment Coordinator
Stephanie serves as our dedicated Treatment Coordinator and is always happy to assist patients with their treatment needs. She has worked alongside Dr. Fields for nearly three years, bringing with her over two decades of experience in the dental field—most of which she spent as a Registered Dental Assistant.
Outside the office, Stephanie enjoys life with her two grown sons and a lively collection of pets, including dogs, ducks, and chickens. An outdoor enthusiast, she loves hiking, boating, and swimming. She also enjoys expressing her creativity through crafting and baking.
With her warm personality, extensive knowledge, and genuine passion for patient care, Stephanie helps create a smooth and welcoming experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
Alisha Smith
Hygiene Coordinator
While Alisha enjoys working with a team that genuinely cares about each other and the patients they serve. Alisha received her training from the Searcy Dental Assistant School.
When she's not at the dental office, Alisha loves spending time with her family and watching her son play sports.
Stephanie Roetzel
Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Stephanie has been with our dental practice for over 13 years. She received her training from UAMS dental hygiene school and graduated in 2007 after working as a dental assistant for 12 years. Stephanie loves getting to know her patients on a personal basis while helping them achieve a healthy and beautiful smile.
In her spare time, Stephanie's hobbies are reading and scrapbooking.
Wendy Vines
Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Wendy has been with Patrick Fields, DDS for over 14 years. She's worked in the dental field for over 30 years, starting as an orthodontic assistant before graduating from the UAMS dental hygiene school in 1997. Wendy's greatest reward is being able to make a difference in her patient's lives.
When she's not caring for patients, Wendy enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Stacey Holmes

Stacey loves making a difference in patients' lives by helping them improve their smiles!
She is a Pulaski Tech Dental Assisting graduate and has kept Cabot smiling for over 16 years!
She loves spending time with her girls, Katelynn and Gracen, their dog Max, and family and friends when out of the office.
Tiffany Moon
Dental Assistant
Tiffany has been with Patrick Fields, DDS for over two years. She received her training for dental assisting from Pulaski Technical College. Tiffany feels lucky to work with such a fantastic team. She enjoys being able to help her patients reach their smile goals.
When she's not at the dental office, Tiffany loves hiking, baking, and spending time with her family.
